1. Services offered:
Individual consultations, postural therapies, group classes, VOD subscriptions, monthly and annual passes.
2. Price :
All prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), Czech crowns (CZK)
3. Payment terms:
Payment in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer. Subscriptions must be paid in advance.
4. Cancellation :
All appointment cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session may be charged.
5. Right of withdrawal:
In Switzerland, services related to health and care are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 40 LCC). For consumers residing in the European Union, a withdrawal period of 14 days applies for distance purchases (online subscriptions, VOD).
6. Responsibility :
Petr Baxant Therapy is not responsible for any misuse of the exercises or equipment provided. The advice does not replace medical supervision when it is necessary.
